Guest Investigators (GIs) represent a particular group of scientists who are selected by ESA to execute their own science operations programmes from the SOC premises. GIs have immediate access to all data from their observation campaign, after reception on the ground.
10% of the ASPIICS observation time and total telemetry volume is devoted to GIs.
