# FAST WARNING 'PRESTO' MESSAGE  from the SIDC (RWC-Belgium)         #

An X4.1 flare (SIDC flare 6063) was registered by GOES-19 as peaked on 14 Nov at
08:30 UTC. The source was SIDC Sunspot Group 687 (NOAA Active Region 4274). A proton
event associated with this eruption is currently recorded by GOES-19. A Coronal Mass
Ejection (CME) is likely to occur, however considering the location of the X-flare,
it is currently uncertain if it will affect Earth and how strong the effect will be.
